You can repaint your bathtub... The product is called Klenks tub and tile epoxy available at any Home Depot store. They have different products for different types of tubs. This is the product that many refinishers use when they do your tubs and sinks. I have used it myself and it works great. You can do it yourself and save yourself a couple hundred bucks. I would have adaquate ventaltion with this product when you apply it though.
