My apartment has flooded (for the third time). The management has sucked up the water and used a fan to blow under the carpet in an attempt to dry the carpet mat. I have been feeling sick and I am concerned about my two-year-old son. Should they replace the carpet mat? Do nasty chemicals, molds and/or bacteria leach up? Where do I turn for help? Thank you!
