You didn't say what model #.
Your code strip may be full and cannot accept any more codes. Some models only accept about 6 codes. Try removing all codes numbers and starting over and put them in again.If you have a learn button on certain models you hold it in for about 10 seconds and all codes are removed, Then re do all opener codes.If I knew what you have I could tell you more.
