Can you direct me to procedures to remove old metal vents and replace them with automatic vents in my crawl space. The floor is well insulated and the house is 14 years old. When there is a large amount of rain we have a very small problem with water which I think I can take care of with a sump pump put about 2 or three feet in the ground. But would like to do something to assist the moisture problem that might occur.
