sounds like you may be low on freon which could be leading to the ice buildup on you coil in the attic. what do you mean by leak water,,,? where is it leaking to....? usually the condensate is drained primarily to a drain pipe in your house plumbing. then if that line clogs up...it will overflow into your overflow pan and drain out the secondary drain directly out to the side or back of your house somewhere. if its leaking into the house thru the ceiling or wall.,,,then both drains are plugged ..and the HVAC person can fix that as well. good luck LJ Was this post helpful?
