When I operate the door, suddenly for no apparent reason the door when closing will reverse itself and not close again even when given the command from the remote unit or the master control until approx. 15min. The door will reverse once it reaches the height of the safety sensors attached at the bottom of the door. I've read the manual over and over but there is nothing in the troubleshooting section that will help me with this problem.
