We have just had a building inspection report on a 1971 house. The building inspector found evideince of asbestos tape wrapped around the heating duct when removing a tile in the basement ceiling. How do we handle this problem? Does this mean that all duct work needs to be removed? We have yuong children safety is our prime concern.
