One over the counter product is 'C-L-R' for 'calcium' 'lime' and 'rust'.

It is slightly acidic and dissolves lime.

You can also use straight up vinegar.

If that fails to work you can use phosphoric, muriatic or other acids but extreme care needs to be taken when using them to avoid injury and damage to the appliances.
