I am surprised the house wrap extends to the attic space. If the penetrations were at the living space level it might be useful to seal the holes with tape, but in the attic gable, no problem. In fact, get as much ventilation into the attic as you can. You might want to add gable vents.

PS: Most trusses are built with gable vent frames in the ends. The holes may have been purposely put there to mark the location in case the framing carpenter or siding sub needs to cut out the blank and install a gable vent.
