I would go back overe every outlet and make sure the wiries are connected properly, that there is nothing touching the boxes and with the outlets out of the box not screwed down,check for power at the switches and outlets. then if everything is OK then put everything back the way its should be.There is something eather touching a box or hot wire,or grounded.Lets us know what you found out.
