Kenmore Washer 70 Series

We have had the washer for approx. 3 years, and everything has worked great. Recently, a lot of our clothes appear to have stains on them. However, we didn't use bleach, only fabric softener, which we have used since we've had the washer. The fabric softener is put in the dispenser at the top, at the beginning of the wash.
