My mother-in-law in battling the same problem. I am online trying to find out what to do. We aired it out, used Febreeze, and am now looking for an enzyme based cleaner. I think that it is really aimed at pets. I am going to try the manufacturer next. Let me know if you found anything that works. Thanks!!
