Build a standard wall. Metal stud is good for fire resistance. Use 3/4 drywall for flame retardance. Insulate with fiberglass for soundproofing. Use a metal-covered door. Make sure there is enough fresh air for the furnace to run by including the proper size air vents in the door, top and bottom - or better yet, direct from outside.
Water seeks its own level, so a 3/4-inch pvc tubing with cleanout tees at the turns can bring the water down from where it is to the floor and back up to the sink. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
