In the past I have tightened the screw and this has resolved my faucet leaking. This time it just made it worse. I have copper pipes and do not wish to replace whole faucet system. After tightening screws the leaking increase to the point where I had to shut off the water in the sink both hot and cold. I am trying to take the complete faucet apart and buy new inner parts but have been unsuccessful. Plumber will not be in for a month.
