Am looking for info on flooring for a auditorium space that is often subdivided by folding partitions for multiple use. The floor is currently concrete and we are ready to upgrade. Issues and problems: this is for a textile center and the space is used for classroom, large lectures, sewing sessions where pins, needles and threads are dropped onto the surface (don't want to loose pins in the carpet and step on them), dying and bleaching of fabric cclasses where there is the possibility of spills, and finally, the daily dragging of 400 pound carts of chairs and tables that are continually set up and taken down. Do you have a suggestion for what kind of flooring would address these need and concerns. Is there such a thing as a low pile, stain proof, acoustical floor tile that will withsatand the moving of large heavy carts across it? Thank you for your help. Tricia
