There should be a light grey wall unit with a little green light and a botton on the top 1/3 that opens and closes the door. In the middle on some units is a motion detector that will automatically turn on the light when you enter the garage. It looks like a white 1/2 cirlce about a 1/4 inch thick. On the bottom 1/3 of the unit is a light button on the right (labled "light") and a lock button on the left.
