hi it is is a poured concrete foundation and it does not have a basement it only has 1 crack that i see some sides of the house look fine but other sides have green mildew and black stains, the foundation is only from 1987 when my house was built and also i have noticed that were my garden hose is located the foundation is particurlarly detereorated in that area i think it is because my garden hose valve to turn on the water leaks while in use what should i do with that and do you recommend pressure washing the foundation to get rid of the mildew and black stains? what should i do?
