Help! I bought two old metal lawn chairs that have some rust and chipped paint. Is there a way to tell if the old paint is lead paint or not? Hubby doesn't want to get into sanding, etc., of lead paint. He wants to get rid of my great chairs at the next garage sale. Thanks for any suggestions.
