Garage Door Opener

We just added a double car garage to our house. So, we are shopping for two doors and openers. I went to a place that specializes in garage doors. What I learned about openers is: 1. Chain driven - low maintenance, noisy 2. Screw driven - things can go wrong easily 3. Belt driven - low maintence, quite It depends on your needs. Quite was important to us, so we are getting the Belt driven opener. -Sarah
