You are the first to say that SAN works, it makes me wonder what your real name is, you got to be employed by them in my opinion. I'd be willing to bet your real name is Diane, John or Eric, am I close? You make no mention of your product, or any sales. My experience was quite different with them, and ended like this.

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF the mutual covenants contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:

1. Customer has asserted a claim against SAN based on the Television Distribution and Production Agreement between the parties dated XXXX, XX, XXXX (the "TDP Agreement") and/or the transactions, acts, omissions, and performance of SAN under or in connection therewith (collectively, the "Claim").
2. Customer has agreed to accept the sum of Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($13,900) in full and final settlement of all claims, causes of action, and disputes that Customer has or may have against SAN based on any cause, matter, transaction, agreement, act, event, thing, or occurrence whatsoever, including, but not limited to, the TDP Agreement and Claim, all as further provided herein.
