Dear Bob,
I've noticed that one section of our carpeted basement is soaking wet. It's been raining lately almost everyday and I am wondering if this has anything to do with our sump pump ( Model SP25A1 )
by F.E. Myers. Does the sump pump suppose to prevent the sippage of excess H20 secondary to prolonged heavy rains? Pls. advise.
