Help... I have decided to remove my carpet that was over a beautiful hardwood floor. I need to know what the best solution is to get off that horrible cement that was put on. I know old fashioed elbow grease is the best, but I was wondering if maybe there was a solution (environment friendly) that would make it go a little easier? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
