We recently changed the drive belt on our whole house fan & found that the louvers now open only 1/3 of the way. We replace the belt again with one size smaller and, though there seems to be more air pull, the louvers still don't open all the way. The motor is out to the end of the slots & there isn't much play in the belt. Any ideas on how to get those louvers to open more?
