Roll the carpet out in the area, rough cut it to size and using a stretcher and a knee kicker get it over the tac strips.

Burbur has no nap, so you can lay it in any direction (regular strand carpet has a 'direction' that you have to lay it in).

If you need to seem it, good luck, thats not easy.
