leaky windows

we had torrential rain storms in S. Fla this week which caused severe leaking from my windows. i ripped off the soaked drywall to find puddles of water inside the wall. there were parts under the window sill that appeared to be allowing water to penetrate. There also seemed to be some type of metal harness that is holding the window down into the concrete blocks. there was serious leakage coming from there as well. what do I do? Was this post helpful?
