What do you recommend for removing or sealing odors in the painted drywall walls, wood wall structure, wall and ceiling insulation, plywood floors, concrete basement, stained kitchen cabinets, bathroom grout, vinal flooring, and heat ducting/gas furnace of a house inhabited by smokers for 30+ years.
