I have a question on staining pressure treated fences that have never been stained. If the wood has never been stained is it worth staining it and if so will it help the fence last longer, or is it a waste of money and still have to replace the boards. Someone told me staining pressure treated wood is a waste of money and it does not help the life span of the wood is this true?
