I have a Wenco Vinal Clad Tripple Casement window. The clap seperated from the wood and allowed water to penetrate into the lowed portion and the window. This areas is now very soft.

I want to get some level of warrenty service. The Wenco Web site lists all the terms and conditions regarding their warrenty. MY house is just 6 years old and they should be covered.

The According to the Wenco Web site the first point of contact is the my builder -who is dead- or the distrubiter- who is out of business. The next point of contact is Wenco in Mt. Veron OH. Wenco is no longer at that location.

The Wenco Web site gives no other point of contact. The Jeld - Wen Web site, Wenco's parent company, also does not give any point of contact.

How should I proceed to try to get this problem resolved ?
