Is the drill new or used?
New....Pay the price at the store and get a warranty.
Used...Most insurance companies devalue a piece like that at 20% per year.
Of course, if it's used, and in like new condition, the price will be what ever the market will bear.
At a minimum, a previously owned, 3/8", variable speed reversable, electric drill in great shape should be worth at least $20.00.
