Only way to get a definitive answer for this is to hire a structural engineer to examine the property.

Cracks in slabs can be nothing more than normal shrinkage cracks. Humps can be nothing more than poor concrete installation and finishing.

Real Estate Inspectors are normally not qualified to make the apparant conclusions yours is.
