I purchased a craftsman 1/2 door opener for my father-in-law last father's day. It worked fine up until they returned from their winter vacation. It was unplugged from Oct. to May of this year. I read the instruction booklet as what to do when malfunctioning.
I pushed the button to close the door and when reaching closure it opens automatically. Please advise me of what may be wrong. I've check for manual resistance and made ajustments on the force and up and down adjustments. The sensors seem to be working okay. Thank you!
