have you considered sealing the grout? I cant see why you should not be able to fill the grout joints level to the surface of the tile...but this may require removing existing grout and re-grouting to make sure you get a good grout bond. calking can be tried but I have my doubts on how durable this will be. but doesnt hurt to try. Vinyl repair must be done by installing a patch of same vinyl ...knife dings ,,,cannot be easily fixe...--someone else may know of a product ...however.
your paint adhesion problem sounds like is due to moisture still trapped in the drywall ceilingor bad primer....I would try another good coat of primer and repaint.....leave your vent fan on during and after a bath or shower for about 20 minutes to get all the humidity out....good luck LJ Was this post helpful?
