Slab with leaking walls

Our slab home has a room that use to be a carport that was enclosed and has a wooden floor. Just recently that floor fell through and we discovered the walls are leaking water from outside when it rains. We have torn the floor up and are trying our best to replace it, but the walls continue to leak. Any ideas or advice on how to stop the leaking?
