Help! Projects piling up!

To whom it may concern:
I am not sure if you can help me, but I have a problem with home improvement and need some help. My husband, Mike, has the materials for several projects that have been piling up in our dinning room. We have everything we need to complete the projects, except time. I have three daughters under the age of three--- a wild 2 year old who seems to be going on twelve and twins who just turned one and are starting to finally walk. We have had all the materials for a year or more and my family room and kitchen floor will seem to never get done. My husband is in the Navy and is gone a lot in the defense of our county! I really wish I had the money to have someone complete the work, and surprise my husband, but I don't. The twins alone go through 4 gallons of milk in three days not to mention the table food. You should see our grocery bills!
I was wondering if you have a section on your show or are part of a network that helps families like us complete our home improvement projects. I would love to have all the supplies out of my dinning room and see a new kitchen floor (tiled) and family room (per-go floors, painting, wainscoted, and fireplace stone tiled). I know they may not be what your designers would do, or what normal people may like, but I could really use the help!
I do understand you may not respond to me; I do hope that if you can help me out it could be a dream come true. My house needs the help and so do I.
