Can someone tell me how to get in touch with comfortmaker? We had this installed less than a week ago and it is TERRIBLE. The contractor may have goofed up. He will be back, but is not overly concerned with MY comfort. I tried to do the feedback form on comfortmaker's website tonight with no success. All I know is my "heat" pump heats when turned up to 80 degrees (it's about 50 outside), it DID cool four about 5 days and now just sits and hums, but it blows. Literally. The blower works fine. And that's the one thing the contractor hasn't replaced. Yet. That's what he's coming to do Friday.
