Use a product called Klenk's Tub & Tile Epoxy - you can find it at The Home Depot or about anywhere that sells paint for that matter.

This product has been around for years, and works very well, YOU MUST FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS EXACTLY THOUGH!!

ps - It isn't recommended for floors
