to my hardwood floors....I watched the guy take a skill saw make a couple of shallow cuts into one board...wide enough cuts to get a flat pry bar into to allow ripping out one board with the bar and claw hammer...then taking the skil saw and carefully cutting into the next board close enough to allow ripping out the second board as well. for the replacement board...one of the tongues will need to be ripped off with a table saw or whatever. to allow getting both boards back into the space. good luck LJ
