front door finishing

good day:

i have french brazilian mahogany front doors with side lites that have never been finished. they are weathered and stained.

please help by offering a step to step process from cleaning to sanding to sealing to staining and finishing with a good polyurethane sealer.

would appreciate your expert advice.
