In December of 2002 we hired a contractor and instaled hardwood floor.We picked Brazilian Cherry oak. The downstairs was instaled over concrete and the upstairs on the existing wood. 2 months later the downstairs became wavy in couple places and now there are bumps all over the living room. One month ago the same thing start happening upstairs. We don't know why. Is it a bad instalation? What is the correct way to lay hardwood floors? Please, advice us what to do.
