Help! I just recently purchased a condo that is apartment style (units above and below). Evidently the construction was poorly done because the floors creak when the resident above gets up during the night, every couple of hours. It wakes me up constantly and I need my sleep! What can I do because I can't move out! What kind of insulation/soundproofing could help the situation? Are there any low cost, easy to install options? I appreciate your response.
