Lesson learned on my part... never grease the tracks on a garage door. That will simply cause the track to collect and hold dust, thus amplifying your sticking problem and a big mess to clean up. You can by a spray on lubricant at you local home depot, lowes, etc... to lubricate the chain with. That will quiet the door down substantially. Good Luck!
