water would not flow down the drain in the tub. when i investigated the stopper, i realized that it was broken and permanently on close. I removed the stopper and drain cover and the water flowed freely. I should mention that this is a two story town house. Problem...After taking a shower water began dripping into the light fixture directly below. i shut the power off to the fixture and the ceiling surrounding the fixture remains wet.
