They need to put a hepa filter on the rainbow because in our day and age there are more and more Idiots (for lack of a better term) that cannot understand that plaster, and ash, as well as other things, do not mix with water! Common sence would tell you that its going to bounce right off of the water, go through the seporator and out of the exhaust. It's people like this why Common sence, is not allowed to be used in the court of law.
