Window off track

My window kept coming off track when trying to raise or lower. Now it is falling apart. Each side of the window has a metal casing and spring that has fallen out. The spring is supposed to fit inside the casing. The casing has a plastic roller at one end to make it easy to raise and lower the window. Any idea how to get these back in? Thanks!
