You can put laminate on radiant floor heat; however, it is a good practice then to keep the floor temperature steady. Add baseboard or radiation on the walls to track the weather and use the radiant floor panel as a steady source at one lower temperature. This keeps the floor from expanding and contracting, or losing adhesion due to high temperatures. Radiant floor heat need not be an all-or-nothing design.
