removing glue and paper

I work at a plastic recycling plant.We grind and wash plastic in big hot tubs of water. We wash milk bottles and have a on going problem of removing all the paper and glue. We do the same with soap bottles and have no problems. I'am hoping to find something we can add to the pots of hot water that will help lift more of the paper and glue.Thank you!
