I agree with you that it is "his" problem; however, I'm working as the general for my own house and the guy who did it is like a general (do all) contrator. He feels bad (sincerely) and will work with me to fix it, so I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. Do you know where I can buy this "Ardex"? Is it guaranteed not to chip away? I'm concerned about putting down a leveler, having carpet over it, then a couple of years later the product starts to chip away and I feel it under the carpet.... thanks....
