I have a Jealousy window that is tight and does close completely. It leaves appx. 3/16" opening when FULLY closed. I have tried WD40 to no avail. The window is old (about 25 years) but other than the tightness and not closing it is in good working order.
I don't want to go thru the expense of replacing it as I then would have to replace 2 others which work fine.
