I put oak hardwood floors in my whole house ,then one night while i was sleeping the city sewer backed up ,now my floors is black in big spots ,what a waste ,ever try to fight a city
my deductible on my insurance is $1000.00 for water back up ,my insurance man told me that was the state minimun ,so for a $1000.00 i will do them again myself .I hope this information helps you out.
