Soundproofing common wall in townhouse

I need information about soundproofing an existing common wall between two townhouses. There is only cinderblock, and drywall. What can I do to minimize the sound cheaply but effectively without destroying my existing drywall. Should I use blow-in insulation, gypsum board or what?
